Job SummaryWe are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join the team with a growing (FQHC) Federally Qualified Health Center, with 5 divisions and 150 medical professionals.
Job Qualifications/Job DutiesNY state nursing license.
Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
The Nurse Practitioner will work in an outpatient setting.
The work schedule is Monday-Friday with some weekend rotation.
Provides general medical care to health center patients.
The Nurse Practitioner educates patients by teaching preventative care.
